China Biogas Society (CBS) is founded by the Ministry of Agriculture, responsible for the policy advice, setting up standards, service to the national members, and responsible for international cooperation, etc.

DLG is world leading non-profitable organization specialized in agriculture and food sector. DLG organizes bio-energy trade fairs and conferences in Germany, China and Italy with great success and established a world-wide network of experts, companies and authorities.

Following in the footsteps of four successfully organized trade fairs on the subject of bioenergy in China, the fifth event addressing the topic of decentralized energy supply – the Sino-German BioEnergy Annual Conference – took place in Yangling, near Xi’an from 15 – 17 October 2014.Nearly 400 participants from 32 provinces including Chinese rural energy agencies, both German and Chinese bioenergy companies, researchers and national and international experts attended the conference. The conference included the annual meeting of China Biogas Society and attracted decision makers from every province of China and almost all private biogas companies. The event is aunique platform for the bioenergy business.
