The 4th Bio-Energy Expo took place from 18-20 May, 2013 in Wuhan, together with the top animal husbandry exhibition in China, in association with China Animal Agriculture Association (CAAA).

Bio-Energy-Expo is one of the most professional events of biogas engineering in China. Exhibitors from medium and large scaled plants designers, constructors, equipment manufacturers and service providers joined the event. Among them nine German biogas companies presented their products and services in a German pavilion. The organizers invited delegations from big animal farms, project investors, plant designers, government officials to visit Bio-Energy-Expo and to take part in a half-day international conference on biogas industrialization in China focused on Sino-German and Sino-European cooperation.
